Meet Prof. Dr Shahrul Amry, Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon at Damansara Specialist Hospital 2 (DSH2). With more than 25 years of experience, he is among Malaysia’s pioneers in Minimally Invasive Cardiac Surgery (MICS), performing complex bypass, valve and congenital procedures using techniques that minimise trauma, shorten recovery time and reduce hospital stays.

At DSH2’s Heart & Lung Centre of Excellence, Prof. Shahrul leads efforts to combine advanced technology, multidisciplinary expertise and a patient-centred approach.
