At KPJ Healthcare, we are advancing the development of an Academic Health System where clinical care, research and education work seamlessly together to improve patient outcomes. At the heart of this effort is the development of our Centres of Excellence (COEs), reinforcing our commitment to care that extends beyond clinical delivery.

As part of this transformation, we are progressively deploying Research Officers (ROs) across our hospitals to support clinical research, uphold ethical standards and translate data into meaningful care improvements.

We currently have active ROs at @kpjdamansarahospital, @kpjampangofficial, @kpjjohorofficial and @kpj_seremban_specialist. As the KPJ Health System becomes more deeply embedded in our operations, our long-term goal is to appoint a Research Officer in each of our 30 hospitals - collectively contributing to our COEs and elevate our standards to a global level.

This is part of our broader commitment to advancing patient care under the KPJ Health System (KPJHS), which includes initiatives such as the recent appointment of 16 Heads of Specialty and Subspecialty. These efforts reflect our continued push towards becoming a more connected, consistent and knowledge-driven healthcare system.

We Heal. We Teach. We Discover.
